WHAT IS ADORA?
Adora by Full Measure* is the personalized campus visit platform.
Adora allows colleges and universities to offer personalized, digital and engaging campus visits anytime and anywhere.
Through Adora colleges and universities can build and launch a multimedia campus visit experience. Visitors can take Adora’s self guided tours 24/7 in person or online on mobile or web! Adora schools can offer their traditional tour, themed tours, and personalized tours where each student receives a tour tailored to their specific interests. All tours feature multimedia content and in person tours feature in-app navigation and augmented reality enabled identification of buildings and landmarks.

Strategy & Operations
Collaborated with co-founders to develop company vision and product-market fit. Crafted and delivered pitch in fundraising.
Product Design
Maintained complete ownership of product design for the first year from field research to prototyping, launch and testing.
Design Direction & Management
Directed product, marketing, and brand design. Led design and marketing team of 4. Mentored and managed two junior designers for a year. Directed 8 in-depth user studies.
Product Management
Directed product development and handoff from design to engineering. Set product goals, monthly sprints, and long-term roadmap.
Client Services
Individually designed, built, and launched our entire customer-facing CMS. Outlined and directed implementation and customer experience. Published extensive customer help docs and tutorial videos.
Hiring & HR
Recruited and remotely onboarded 12 team members. Led events such as monthly team hackathons, game nights, and DEI discussions.
